Desired Background

4+ years of transactional experience in real estate, HOAs, condo associations or corporate governance

Responsible for preparing, recording and filing organizational documents related to HOAs, condominium, and community associations (Declaration, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Rules and Regulations, etc.)

Prepare and record easements, maintenance agreements, and other similar instruments relating to developments

Review plats, plans, title, and other due diligence documents in order to prepare community, HOAs, and/or condominium association documents

Admitted to Maryland bar

Environment
