Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented graphic production designer who is experienced in working within established brand standards. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to collecting files for print. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Objectives of this Role
Develop designs for print and digital marketing deliverables using existing brand templates and adhering to brand standards
Create design solutions using knowledge of the brand where templates are not available or do not apply
Collaborate to improve existing processes and create solutions to increase efficiencies
Adhere to processes for documentation, file management, and archiving of digital material
Typical Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media assets
Update copy and artwork based on brand guidelines and client feedback
Assist in digital communication production
Manage the collection and uploading process of all project materials
Work within project management software to communicate with team members and clients (e.g., Adobe Workfront)
Develop and maintain RBC Wealth Management's visual identity across all marketing channels
Collaborate with the team to concept and design new projects, from initial ideas to final delivery
Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and meet our high standards
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or advertising environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong knowledge of brand identity and visual design principles
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house corporate setting with a focus on brand development and management
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront
Video editing and/or animation skills a plus

The expected salary range for this particular position is $50,000-$85,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
