Overview

Brand Management: Maintain and evolve the Berwyn brand identity across all digital and print materials, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual presentation. Collateral Design: Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, trade show graphics, infographics, one-pagers, and digital assets. Website Management: Update and maintain the company’s WordPress website, ensuring design consistency, usability, and functionality; basic HTML knowledge preferred for customization. Social Media: Design and manage creative content for Berwyn’s LinkedIn and other digital channels, aligning with brand strategy and campaign goals. Email & Campaign Support: Design visuals and templates for campaigns, events, and communications in collaboration with the marketing team. Vendor Coordination: Work with printers, designers, and other external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing assets. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop materials that support company initiatives and client engagement. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred. Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing design, brand management, or related roles. Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Strong working knowledge of WordPress (required) HTML/CSS experience preferred Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms for business use Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Location & Schedule
Hybrid, 1 day per week in Minneapolis, MN office. Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $59,000 – $72,000. Base pay is positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. Residency & Eligibility
