JIRA Developer / Architect

Lead HCM Executive at Miracle Software Systems, Inc Miracle Software Systems, seeking a

highly skilled and self-motivated JIRA Developer/Architect

to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and products that meet

Experience Required:

8+ years

of experience working with the

Atlassian suite

(JIRA, JSM, JWM, Confluence) in both configuration and customization

3+ years

of software development experience using

Java, XML, and JSON

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in JIRA administration and customization

Experience with API development and integration

Hands-on understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and configure applications to optimize business processes using Atlassian JIRA and related tools.

Act as the Atlassian SME, supporting workflow design, customization, and strategic planning initiatives to align with organizational goals.

Configure, support, and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, add-ons, and modules to enhance the Atlassian stack.

Develop custom dashboards, reports, and metrics to support cross-functional teams.

Integrate JIRA with external systems through APIs and maintain scalability, security, and performance.

Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective implementation of JIRA solutions.

Work Mode: Onsite (4 days in office, no remote options)
