Base pay range $225,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Description
Manage overall plant operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain activities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor the plant team to achieve organizational objectives.
Prepare and manage budgets for plant operations.
