Job Title: Associate, IT Business Analysis

Job Location: Rochester, NY or Salt Lake City, UT

Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off

Job Description As an IT Business Analyst on the Enterprise PLM team, you will play a dynamic and versatile role. You will support our business by assisting the Segment Business Relationship Manager’s (BRM) with various IT initiatives. Additionally, you will aid the Enterprise product lifecycle management (PLM) team with program execution. Your responsibilities will include managing program financials and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure project deliverables are achieved. This role requires a proactive and adaptable approach to tackle new and challenging problems, making versatility a key asset.

Essential Functions

Drive ongoing IT initiatives

Data analysis to identify improvement opportunities

Manage budget for ongoing IT product lifecycle management (PLM) program

Develop and maintain financial forecasts

Maintain vendor contracts for consultant services

Supervise early career IT professionals and assign work as needed

Remove project roadblocks through collaboration with cross‑functional IT and business partners

Serve as a delegate for our IT BRM’s and support operational excellence initiatives

Occasional travel for site visits may be required, typically less than 10%

Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

100% On Site

Qualifications

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Additional Skills

Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, ALM)

Experience with PLM toolsets

Experience in the A&D industry

Cross‑functional IT knowledge and experience (infrastructure, apps, security, etc.)

Self‑directed, versatile, and able to prioritize multiple competing priorities and deliverables

Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $63,500.00 – $117,500.00. The salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $55,000.00 – $102,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
