Job Description In partnership with Snake River Sporting Club, Noble House is also excited to announce a new full-service luxury hotel opening on property, The Sylvan Lodge. Located in the heart of the community, The Sylvan Lodge will feature hotel rooms and condos with unparalleled access to the outdoors, stunning views from a rooftop patio, a 10,000-square-foot in-building wellness center and spa, and all of the services and amenities one would expect from a luxury resort. The Sylvan Lodge offers all the natural beauty of the area while remaining a tranquil retreat, just a stone's throw from Jackson Hole.

A Day in the Life The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for weekly house checks for homes in the property management program, diagnosing problems, responding to calls for repairs to private residence, daily checks of the clubhouse, Sylvan Lodge, and amenity buildings, and assisting with basic pool maintenance and water testing.

Requirements

Background in Building/Residential Maintenance

Some experience with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus

Problem-solving aptitude

High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Facility Management is preferred

Valid Certified Pool Operator is a plus (CPO)
