Role Overview The position will report to the Applications Systems Manager. Shift 1. Full‑time Regular. Exempt. No travel required. Pay Range: $135,000‑$165,000.

What You’ll Be Responsible For In This Role The Sr. JD Edwards Supply Chain Analyst will design and implement scalable, integrated supply‑chain solutions. The role aligns our JD Edwards ERP platform with evolving business needs across procurement, inventory, logistics, manufacturing and other supply‑chain modules. It acts as a liaison between supply‑chain execution teams and various IT teams responsible for ERP (JD Edwards), Warehouse and Transportation systems, BI and Planning tools. The role guides business on best IT solutions.

Job Duties

Provide end‑to‑end supply‑chain solutions within JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne) and/or other solutions including WMS/TMS, planning applications, Power BI.

Act as the primary SME for JDE Manufacturing and other supply‑chain modules, including Shop Floor Control, PDM, Work Orders, BOM, Routings, Production Scheduling, MRP/CRP, Procurement, Inventory, QA/QC and Cost Accounting.

Actively support daily ERP operations to ensure consistent support for business requirements.

Lead solution‑design sessions with business and IT stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and technical requirements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system‑design documentation.

Ensure consistent integration of JD Edwards with third‑party supply‑chain tools (e.g., WMS, TMS, planning solutions) using APIs, EDI, or middleware.

Partner with cross‑functional teams (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance) to optimize and align supply‑chain processes with business strategy.

Provide technical oversight for system configurations, customizations, and enhancements.

Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts related to supply‑chain.

Develop and enforce standards and best practices for system architecture, integration, and process governance.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using technology.

Provide training to business users on best practices and optimal system usage.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and provide senior technical/functional support.

Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with external consultants and developers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong understanding of supply‑chain business processes and best practices.

Experience integrating JD Edwards with external platforms or tools (WMS, TMS, planning software).

Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Oracle BI, Tableau, Power BI.

Experience delivering end‑user training.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

10+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with deep knowledge of supply‑chain modules (Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, QA/QC, Sales Order Management, Distribution).

10+ years designing and implementing supply‑chain solutions in a large‑scale ERP environment.

Preferred Qualifications

JD Edwards certification or formal training.

Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or other ERP platforms.

Lean Six Sigma or supply‑chain certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP).

Label design experience on Nice Label (Loftware).

Physical Demands

Work mainly in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions.

Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting.

Lift, carry, push, or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 40 lbs.

Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including computer keyboard use.
