WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

The Manager, Order Management Systems, oversees the design, rollout, and upkeep of efficient, integrated order-to-cash solutions. This position is vital for keeping our JD Edwards, EDI, and Red Prairie ERP platforms aligned with changing business needs in areas such as order management, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and accounts receivable (AR). Acting as a bridge, this manager connects sales, AR/collections, and warehouse teams with the various IT groups managing ERP (JD Edwards/EDI), warehouse and transportation systems, and business intelligence and planning tools. The role's objective is to maintain smooth operation of the Order Management systems, focusing on customer satisfaction, shortening order cycles, reducing errors, and enhancing cash flow. Additional responsibilities include advising the business on best practices for using current IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of JDE, EDI, and AR processes.

JOB DUTIES:

Oversee the analysis and design of business solutions related to Sales, Order Management, Pricing, Distribution and AR (accounts receivables) processes. Translate business needs into functional specifications within JDE, EDI, Red Prairie systems.o Also analyze any impact on Blue Yonder Demand Planning system. Lead and ensure day-to-day functional support for JDE Sales Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Advanced Pricing modules and AR (accounts receivables). Lead efforts to configure and maintain Sales Order Entry, Customer Master, Pricing rules, AR, and Shipping processes in JDE, EDI interfaces and Red Prairie systems. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the Sales, AR & Distribution functions. Lead projects and collaborate with business users to redesign inefficient workflows using standard JDE capabilities and propose solutions for improvements through automation.• Recommend best practices and improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Lead and collaborate with technical teams to support EDI, third-party logistics (3PL), and warehouse integrations. Ensure execution of test plans for JDE updates, patches, and new functionality. Lead and participate as needed in system upgrades and regression testing. Lead efforts to develop user documentation, process flows, and training materials for JDE users. Organize end-user training sessions for sales operations, customer service, and distribution teams. Ensure maintenance of support documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge transfer. Investigate and resolve system issues and service desk tickets related to S&D functions. Lead systems and processes, acting as a liaison between business users and developers to clarify requirements and address issues. Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to sales, AR and shipping. Coordinate with Finance, AR, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes. Lead and work closely with technical developers on customizations, reports, and interfaces. Analyze data trends in sales performance, order backlog, and shipping KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and audit requirements. Monitor user roles and permissions for data security and segregation of duties. Act as a functional lead or SME for JDE-related projects such as upgrades, enhancements, or module rollouts. Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables related to JDE S&D activities in project plans. Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong understanding of order to cash business processes and best practices. Strong understanding of EDI artifacts and modes of communication with experience in supporting EDI & Integrations at large organization. Prefer SOA, BSSV, RTE interface skills Experience integrating JD Edwards with external platforms or tools (WMS, TMS, demand planning systems). Experience with Demand Planning tools such as Blue Yonder, preferred Experience with WMS, TMS systems such as Red Prarie (Blue Yonder) Familiarity with tools such as Oracle BI, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting platforms. Experience in delivering the end user training. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with deep knowledge of various functional modules especially Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Distribution, and Accounts Receivables (AR). 10+ years of experience leading, designing and implementing order to cash solutions in a large-scale ERP environment. 3+ years of IT /IS management experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications:

JD Edwards certification or formal training. JDE interface tools such as SOA, BSSV, RTE Experience with other ERP systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP. and other ERP platforms is a plus. Experience with Demand planning, WMS, TMS systems JD Edwards technical development experience Physical Demands:

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions. Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist. Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 30 lbs. Operate office equipment requires repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard
