Job Overview:

Redeemed Building is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-driven Residential Project Manager to lead residential and light commercial remodeling projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate job sites, manage timelines and budgets, ensure exceptional craftsmanship, and serve as the primary point of contact for both team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage remodeling projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Utilize project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct) to track progress, updates, and documentation

Create and implement systems for improved efficiency in the field and office

Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction

Document change orders, project notes, and deliverables in a clear and organized manner

Hold crew members accountable to quality standards and schedule commitments

Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate project logistics

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling project management preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar tools)

Ability to lead and hold teams accountable in a respectful, productive manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable interacting with clients and resolving issues proactively

Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience

No specific licenses or certifications required
