Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Salary:

$55,999

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive Utilization Management plan tailored to IDD.

Create division‑level training curricula and conduct workshops on DD Waiver and Person‑Centered Planning.

Oversee treatment teams to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and conduct audits to meet licensure and Medicaid requirements.

Coordinate with external agencies to enhance in‑service training and maintain a robust quality management plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.

Three (3) years of experience in training development, case management, utilization review, or quality assurance within an IDD/DS setting.

Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with seven (7) years of related work experience.

Valid Driver's License.

Additional Requirements Successful candidates must pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test, and employment reference checks.
