Lead the strategy and development for Power BI, SSRS, and dashboarding initiatives. Work with business teams to develop actionable insights, self-service reporting capabilities, and financial/statutory reporting support.

Provide strategic and technical leadership to teams supporting actuarial modeling, reserving data flows, and ceded reinsurance data provisioning. Ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready data for actuarial processes and reinsurance reporting.

Oversee multiple delivery teams across U.S. and offshore locations, ensuring sprint-level velocity and incremental-level roadmap execution. Ensure delivery aligns with SOX, SOC-2, and NYDFS data compliance requirements. Lead vendor engagement, contract negotiations, budget planning, and external relationship management.

Champion modern DevOps, CI/CD, GIT, and orchestration practices in data engineering and reporting pipelines. Drive innovation around AI/ML, data observability, and self-service models to enhance business outcomes. Ensure thorough documentation, test coverage, and audit trails across all data processes and platforms.

Experience

15+ years of experience across data platforms, data engineering, and business intelligence. 7+ years in leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams across data engineering, reporting, actuarial data, or reinsurance.
