Serve as the primary contact for all OEM equipment program needs. Act as a subject matter expert on approved equipment items and dealership service garage standards. Develop, maintain, and support OEM-approved equipment Programs, ensuring alignment with OEM standards and business goals. Identify and implement innovative equipment solutions to enhance dealership productivity and customer value. Support facility projects, including new builds and remodels, coordinating requirements and approved equipment options. Maintain accurate program databases and approved equipment lists. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including OEM teams, dealerships, suppliers, and SBS Facility Action teams. Manage escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely, professional resolution. Provide monthly reporting and support business development opportunities to drive program growth. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in account, program, or project management. Prior experience in OEM service operations, dealership service departments, or the service equipment industry. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior management and client engagement. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Proven ability to organize complex projects, work in fast-paced environments, and lead cross-functional teams. High energy, proactive, and strong relationship-building skills.
