Responsibilities

Productivity planning for assigned scope of work.

Material phasing – organize material by specific areas/floors and track inventories.

Tools & equipment – identify all required hardware per crew, manage tool inspection, and maintain a signing sheet.

Information packages – ensure each crew activity has the necessary drawings, schedules, cut sheets, etc.

Control breaks – limit loss time due to personal breaks.

Daily hour/unit reports – submit hours/units daily per foreman crew.

Quality control inspections – follow established QC plan and checklists.

Maintain high‑quality installations.

Maintain accurate as‑built drawings – update and log to master records weekly.

Inventory tools & equipment – account for all at shift end, log inventories Monday.

Report lost/stolen/damage tools.

Manage AHA’s – review, sign, and store in gang box.

Sub‑equipment inspections – submit daily sheets weekly.

Accident/incident reporting – submit within 24 h.

Cleanup – maintain broom‑swept condition at shift end.

Quality of Work Completed Must Follow

Installation meets/exceeds codes, contractual obligations, best practices.

Observe and implement Project Quality Plan; document deviations to site QC representative.

Assist with 3‑Phase Quality Control – preparatory, initial, and follow‑up for each DFOW.

Return CQC checklists in a timely manner.

Initiate discrepancy notices (EDN, DDN, PDN, FDN, ADN, PITDN, CDN).

Review weekly installation quality scorecards and provide feedback.

Review daily QC reports for ongoing quality issues.

Resolve nonconformity tags promptly.

Participate in QAQC design review of engineering & coordination drawings.

Provide feedback on quality portion of daily ORM briefings.

Qualifications

6+ years experience in the electrical industry with a high school diploma or GED.

4+ years experience with an associate degree (or equivalent).

Abilities

Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lb on a regular basis; demonstrate proper lifting techniques.

Relocate a 12‑ft stepladder without assistance.

Work at heights up to 60 ft; use ladders, scaffolds, A‑lifts, catwalks.

Repeatedly walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead.

Good vision, hearing, and English communication.

Use standard ladder without exceeding weight limit.

Recognize potential problems; apply general rules to specific situations.

Combine information to form conclusions.
