Investment Accounting & Reporting Analyst III
The Investment Accounting & Reporting Analyst is responsible for executing the day-to-day activities of the External Reporting team according to the controls in place. This includes preparing basic schedules that support external filings made by the company and performing analysis to identify and investigate unusual trends.
Responsibilities
Prepare information and analysis to support external disclosures for Investments
Own and be accountable for execution of responsibilities; timely raise issues with processes and schedules
Prepare journal entries to support the monthly and quarterly close; troubleshoot issues as they arise
Perform analysis (e.g., trend analysis, comparisons to prior periods, comparisons to expectation) on schedules that support external filings and work with other teams to identify/investigate unusual trends
Develop/prepare schedules that support external filings made by the Allstate Corporation
Apply basic accounting principles and demonstrate understanding of fundamental concepts, rules, and terminology in accounting
Qualifications
0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $45,000.00 - 71,100.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
