$130,000–$150,000 (Analyst) / $150,000–$170,000 (Manager) base salary, plus 10–15% (Analyst) or up to 35% (Manager) annual bonus based on performance Schedule:

Collaborative corporate finance/accounting group About the Opportunity A confidential, growth-focused organization is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager or Senior Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong technical skills and a passion for financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing external and internal financial reports, supporting technical accounting, and driving best practices across the organization. What You’ll Do Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and related disclosures for external reporting Support the preparation of SEC filings and other regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance Assist with or lead the monthly and quarterly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidation activities Evaluate and improve internal and external reporting processes, leveraging business intelligence and reporting tools Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes, including SOX compliance and internal controls testing Provide technical accounting support and research, including adoption of new accounting guidance and policy development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting and management purposes Review divisional or subsidiary financial statements for compliance with US GAAP Administer or support financial systems and reporting platforms (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, Oracle, SAP) Complete ad hoc projects and analysis as needed for management and executive leadership What You Bring 5+ years (Analyst) / 7+ years (Manager) of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including SEC reporting or public accounting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA preferred Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Experience with large ERP and reporting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, OneStream) highly desirable Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment Nice to have: public accounting background, experience in manufacturing or product-based industries, and exposure to percent complete accounting Benefits & Compliance PTO accrual up to 120 hours/year and 8 paid holidays; prorated based on hire date Paid Sick Leave where applicable by state law Medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or non-qualified deferred compensation plan Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Seniority level
