About the Role As our new Business Optimization Analyst, you’ll be the go‑to expert for making sense of data and processes. You’ll help us see the big picture by providing clear visibility and analysis, then work with our teams to establish tight processes and tools across several areas – pricing inputs and estimating, cost standards and variances, understanding our procurement and operational trends and opportunities, and other critical business areas. You’ll outline how we can adjust and update our approach, making sure we’re always improving.
What You’ll Do
Streamline visibility into procurement data and processes across the enterprise.
Analyze pricing inputs, compare them to actuals, and recommend adjustments to process or approach.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, sales, and operations teams to support business decisions.
Develop and document processes for ongoing analysis and improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable way.
Support cross‑functional projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing-based company.
Advanced Excel skills.
Expert-level Power BI experience.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or a related field.
Proven analytical problem‑solving abilities.
Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
Preferred Requirements
MBA or similar advanced degree.
Experience with Radius and procurement/operations analytics platforms.
Prior exposure to supply chain, procurement, sales, or operations analytics.
Strong communication skills and a knack for presenting complex data simply.
