Investor Relations Analyst
to support its expanding investor relations and fundraising function. Responsibilities
Investor Communications:
Assist in preparing investor updates, quarterly reports, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, quarterly calls, and the firm’s annual meeting Data & Reporting:
Maintain and update investor information within the firm’s CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems Fund Performance Support:
Compile, format, and analyze fund performance data for reporting and presentations Fundraising Materials:
Contribute to the creation of fundraising decks, due diligence materials, and pipeline summaries Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, investors, and market benchmarks to support investor relations and business development efforts Team Collaboration:
Partner with investment, operations, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, timely investor engagement Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, venture capital, consulting, investment banking, or financial services Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with CRM systems preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in working within the broader technology and digital investment ecosystem Seniority level
