Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

TCM tracks all technical and design requirements from the customer, ensuring review by the relevant team and timely incorporation into product design. This includes coordinating in-depth discussions and negotiations with customers and/or engineering teams.

TCM manages all qualification activities, from specification alignment to qualification sample plans, open issue tracking (failure analysis and engineering discussions), and drives actions to close.

TCM supports all qualification deliverables, including but not limited to qualification reports, product manuals, qualification drive samples, customer-required information, and FA reports when issues arise during qualification.

TCM is responsible for datasheets, application notes, and developing customer-specific technical documentation.

Before a new product qualification cycle starts, TCM collaborates with internal and external teams to prepare deliverables to support an on-time qualification start.

BOM management, including custom labels and firmware, is managed by TCM with relevant teams.

Support pre-qualification activities such as concept and design reviews, requirements clarification, gap analysis, and sample requirements.

NPI samples forecasting, budgeting, and deliverables management.

Strong individual contributor with excellent presentation skills to achieve successful customer qualifications.

Drive customer qualifications to finish promptly in alignment with revenue targets; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer deliverables that support timely qualification start and successful completion.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in roles similar to field applications engineering or technical customer management, with a focus on data center, enterprise, or memory/storage products.

Minimum 3 years of customer interaction experience.

Skills

Proven track record of managing and launching successful enterprise products.

Deep understanding of NAND flash memory technology is required.

SSD/Flash product experience is preferred.

Flexible work hours to collaborate with teams in multiple time zones.

Result-oriented mindset to drive actions.

Ability to lead and communicate across cross-functional teams.

Program management experience is a plus.

Multi-tasking capability and critical thinking to drive timely actions.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
