Join Trilogy to empower the next generation of student-athletes as an Elite Sports Mentor at Texas Sports Academy. This role blends coaching, life skill mentorship, and academic support to help athletes excel both on the field and in the classroom.
Base Pay Range $75.00/hr – $75.00/hr (equivalent to $150,000/year for a 40‑hour week)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily morning motivational sessions that energize and prepare student‑athletes for academic and athletic challenges.
Lead personalized academic and personal growth meetings to reinforce discipline and focus.
Facilitate life‑skills workshops through storytelling, reflection, and interactive coaching.
Oversee afternoon practices to build resilience, teamwork, and accountability.
Monitor student progress and maintain high standards for mindset and performance.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Teaching in a traditional classroom environment.
Sitting passively on the sidelines.
Conducting unstructured, purposeless practices.
Handling administrative paperwork or grading academic work.
Coaching athletes in recreational or non‑competitive settings.
Basic Requirements
Former elite athlete who has competed at the highest levels (Olympians, World Champions, professional leagues, or NCAA Division I All‑American).
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience using sports as a tool for mentoring and life coaching.
Proven motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional environments.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX.
Location & Schedule Although titled “Remote,” this full‑time position (40 hrs per week) requires presence on‑site in Austin, TX. The role is available immediately and involves an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
