Imagine channeling that experience into mentoring ambitious student‑athletes who need guidance from someone like you.
Join us at Texas Sports Academy, where we're crafting the nation's most forward‑thinking K‑12 school. Here, sports are a cornerstone of education, not just an extracurricular activity. This isn't your typical teaching role or a part‑time coaching job. It's an immersive experience where your elite athletic background will instill discipline, leadership, and academic focus in young athletes. You'll conduct motivational sessions, teach life skills through sports, and offer mentorship that resonates because you've walked the path.
Ready to make an impact beyond the scoreboard and transform lives on a large scale? We'd love to hear from you.

Conduct daily morning sessions that energize and prepare student‑athletes for the challenges of the day.
Lead personalized motivation sessions focused on academic and personal growth.

Teaching in a traditional classroom environment.
Sitting passively on the sidelines.
Conducting unstructured, purposeless practices.
Handling administrative paperwork or grading academic work.
Coaching athletes in recreational or non‑competitive settings.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Proven motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional environments.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX.
About Sports Academy Texas Sports Academy is Where Future Champions Excel in Academics and Athletics. Traditional schools force student‑athletes to choose between excelling in academics or committing to their sport. Texas Sports Academy eliminates that tradeoff.
Their innovative K-8 model, based in Austin, TX, uses AI‑driven learning to accelerate academics, allowing students to master core subjects in just two hours a day.
The rest of their day is dedicated to athletic training, skill‑building, and personal development — so students excel in both their studies and their sport.
By integrating advanced educational technology with structured sports training, they provide a unique learning experience that builds discipline, leadership, and resilience.
