Responsibilities
Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
Shift focus toward executing automation tests rather than developing new automation scripts.
Analyze and validate the results of automated tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Identify discrepancies and work on resolving them.
Apply networking knowledge to test scenarios, ensuring that software interacts correctly with network components.
Utilize understanding of networking concepts to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Use Unix-based systems for testing and automation tasks.
Hands‑on experience with routers and other networking equipment to simulate real‑world scenarios.
Plan and execute test cases with a strategic approach.
Analyze test results and provide insights for improvements.
Experience Requirements
Proficiency with at least one automation testing tool (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
Experience with Unix/Linux command line for executing tests and managing test environments.
Strong problem‑solving skills to address complex software testing and network interaction issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and document test results.
Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
