Construction Project Manager – Temporary Assignment
Location: Rosemount, Minnesota. This temporary position supports ongoing construction projects at a data center, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including general contractors and trade partners.
Review and manage financials related to construction projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Oversee change management processes and vendor management.
Ensure the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, including client-facing experience.
Proficiency in project management, construction, and construction management.
Experience in commercial construction, particularly in mission‑critical or data center environments.
Knowledge of RFI processes, vendor management, and change management.
Experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and MEP engineering.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour.
