Applied Behavior Autism Center (ABAC) is a dedicated team of experienced Autism treatment providers including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Student Analysts, Program Supervisors, and Registered Behavior Technicians. Founded in 2020 by Shamica Morton, MS., BCBA, LBA, ABAC is committed to serving the community and improving clients' independence and quality of life. ABAC assesses and treats individuals of all ages diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related diagnoses. The center focuses on providing individualized treatment plans recognized by the American Academy of Pediatrics as the most effective method for treating individuals with ASD.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D) - Riverside, CA This is a full-time in person role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Riverside, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior analysis programs, conducting functional behavior assessments, supervising and training staff, providing parent education, and creating individualized treatment plans. The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and team members to ensure effective and efficient treatment strategies.
Qualifications
Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
Expertise in Parent Education and Behavior Management
Background in Psychology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
BCBA certification and relevant licensure
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD
