This posting is for 3 positions. What you will do
Responsible for project reporting. This includes tracking project controls performance to ensure updates to spend profiles, forecasts, and schedules are completed timely.
Work with the scheduler / planner to define the project schedule that will be applied.
Proactively identifies potential cost and schedule overruns in order to determine and works with project team to implement appropriate mitigation plans.
Ensures accurate cost and schedule integration to track earned value and ensure work orders and purchase orders are tracked and closed.
Ensures that each project has appropriate tracking and reporting tools, according to the master WBS, and in specific to the codes that will be utilized for the project scope.
Leads, coaches and mentors direct report personnel to Enbridge specifications, processes, procedures, practices, tools, standard methodologies and organizational change.
Who you are
Bachelor Degree or diploma in Engineering or Business / Accounting or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Minimum of 7 years of work experience.
Progressive industrial project experience in a Total Project Delivery environment (this includes collaboration with the project development, engineering, procurement, construction, project accounting, contracting, execution, and commissioning phases of the project).
Experience in project controls, contract administration and construction management within the liquids pipeline and facilities business.
Highly effective interpersonal skills with proven track record to lead independently and/or coordinate work with diverse groups and individual personnel as appropriate (project team, internal and external stakeholders, customers, and contractors).
Exceptional execution planning, work management, problem solving, decision making, and negotiating skills.
Software experience with: MS Office Suite, Oracle, and EcoSys.
Working Conditions
Office environment.
10% travel.

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:
Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions with moderate impact, follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports, and communicate with individuals via telephone. Salary -
$112,500 - $146,300/year USD Benefits - Regular Employees PPO & HSO plans (only HSA if participate in the HSO)
12 US Paid Holidays + PTO

Military Leave (provides up to two years of paid leave with benefit continuation)
Benefits coverage starts on Day 1
Savings 401k match 6% match - immediate vesting
Pension Regular full-time and part-time employees can participate in the plan immediately upon hire
Cash Balance Pension plan, Enbridge makes the contributions (not vested until after 3 years)
The plan is fully paid for by Enbridge, with no employee contributions
Pay credits are between 4% and 11% of eligible earnings, based on age and service
