What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead all aspects of project execution plans and integrate functional groups into a cohesive project team

Develop and manage project execution plans, resource plans, and risk registers

Facilitate communication and reporting on project status to management and external agencies

Oversee the negotiation and approval of agreements related to project execution

Prepare “Lessons Learned” documentation post-project completion

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred

Minimum of ten years of diversified project experience in the energy industry

Proven experience as a Project Manager responsible for all project functions from inception to closeout

Familiarity with the FERC process preferred

Ability to travel frequently to project locations during construction phases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Extensive experience in managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $100 million

Strong leadership skills and ability to champion company values throughout project execution

Experience with Six Phase Project Life Cycle control processes

Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external agencies

Proven track record of developing effective project strategies and risk management plans
