Job Description The Commercial Sales Team at AutoZone plays a pivotal role in driving growth across our professional customer base. As the Commercial Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing B2B team, champion customer relationships, and drive consistent, profitable growth through clear communication, collaborative leadership, and data‑driven performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals & metrics – grow commercial sales, maintain strong accounts, and hit key performance targets via face‑to‑face and phone communication.
Customer relationships & communication – primary contact for commercial customers, ensuring proactive engagement.
Leadership & team development – train and develop drivers, specialists, and members, fostering a results‑driven culture.
Structure & process orientation – plan efficient delivery routes, manage drivers, ensure timely product distribution, and maintain accurate documentation.
Expert automotive knowledge – provide research‑based recommendations and expert advice.
Account management – oversee billing, returns, and reconciliation of commercial accounts.
Safety & compliance – maintain a safe workplace, enforce PPE usage, and follow fleet safety protocols.
Vehicle maintenance – ensure delivery vehicles are properly maintained and report issues promptly.
Qualifications
Basic automotive parts knowledge.
Leadership skills with strong communication, decision‑making, and selling abilities.
Physical capability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Exceptional communication skills; proficiency in both Spanish and English.
