About the Role We’re seeking a results‑driven Area Manager to lead multiple branches across Middle TN. In this high‑impact role, you’ll guide branch leaders, drive sales and profitability, and elevate client and employee experiences. You’ll shape growth strategy, operational excellence, and community impact.
What You’ll Do Leadership & Performance
Recruit, develop, and coach A-Players.
Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of service, learning, and collaboration.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure policy and employment law compliance.
Track KPIs, implement corrective actions, and optimize processes.
Lead problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
Financial & Strategic Execution
Manage budgets and branch financials.
Use data to guide decisions and achieve growth goals.
Execute strategies that expand revenue and market presence.
Business Development
Drive sales growth and profitability.
Build and strengthen client partnerships.
Negotiate contracts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years in multi‑unit management; 2+ years in staffing/HR or sales.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive performance using data and strategy.
Knowledge of the light industrial staffing sector preferred.
