Position Summary
Assists in maintaining information in Credentialing databases.
Reviews and validates provider information against business and credentialing requirements, following company policies, state regulations and accrediting body standards.
Performs extensive research and analysis of sensitive provider issues and communicates data integrity issues in a timely manner.
Manages and maintains the credentialing and recredentialing processes for healthcare providers who are joining, or already participating in the network, ensuring all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements are met and credentialing activities are completed timely and accurately. Maintains Credentialing systems and works closely with providers to verify qualifications including education, training, licenses, certifications, work history, and other essential credentials.
Required Qualifications
1 year credentialing experience
1‑3 years healthcare industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of CAQH, EPDB, Excel
Strong Desk Management Skills
Education High School Diploma/Equivalent
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
Time Type Full time
Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $17.00 - $31.30
