Position Summary We are seeking a full‑time Pharmacy Technician to join our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy in Boston, MA, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. The role focuses on refill calls, setting up patient deliveries, answering phones, and processing, filling, and ringing out prescriptions. You will also collaborate with team members on prior authorizations, copay assistance, and benefits verification.
Key Responsibilities
Process prescription refill calls and set up patient deliveries.
Answer phones and provide accurate medication information.
Process, fill, and ring out prescriptions.
Assist with prior authorizations, copay assistance, and benefits verification.
Maintain a friendly, confident approach while handling a diverse customer base.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
Valid Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Massachusetts.
Preferred Qualifications
National certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
