DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our high-performing corporate finance team. Your pay will be based on your skills and experience. The role focuses on managing DaVita’s ~30M Treatment Volume portfolio, which drives the company’s $12B revenue and $8B operating cost portfolio. You will analyze complex business problems, build relationships across functions, and present findings to senior leadership.
Base Pay Range $62,000.00/yr - $91,000.00/yr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strong foundation in quantitative concepts (financial, statistical, forecasting).
Simplify complex financial, business, and operational problems through hypothesis-based frameworks.
Challenge status‑quo, ask provocative questions, and develop actionable recommendations.
Internalize business processes quickly and understand the role of people within the organization.
Deliver accurate, on‑time financial reporting that informs strategic decisions.
Prioritize multiple tasks and solve the most important business problems.
Drive recommendations that lead to differential results or new strategies.
Communicate insights effectively with a bias toward action.
Collaborate with Operations and Field Finance to drive results and maintain credibility.
Partner with senior executives, including the CFO of Kidney Care.
Pursue professional development opportunities and apply feedback continuously.
Maintain a high level of analytical rigor and integrity.

0‑2 years professional experience in analytics or quantitative finance.
