The Role Are you passionate about AI and its impact on customer experience? Do you love working within an existing customer portfolio? Kustomer is looking for a proven Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team and grow the company exponentially. As an Account Manager, you will partner with Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing to evangelize AI to an existing book of customers. The role is remote and based in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Work with sales leadership to define and execute quarterly and annual sales goals.

Consistently meet sales quotas and drive the sales process forward.

Coordinate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure strong customer relationships and identify new selling opportunities.

Drive cross‑sell and expansion opportunities to existing accounts.

Become an expert in AI and its value for customers in the CX space.

Sell premium services such as Premium Support and Premium Services.

Deliver Kustomer’s value proposition, product demonstrations, and core values.

Represent Kustomer as an industry thought leader.

Maintain an understanding of the competitive market to position Kustomer effectively.

Attend industry events to grow Kustomer’s presence within the market.

Qualifications

5‑10 years of quota‑driven ($800K+) selling experience.

Experience selling to enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles.

Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Experience managing a book of existing accounts.

Experience working at early‑stage growth startups.

Technical proficiency to conduct independent product demos.

Experience selling to the CX side of the organization (bonus).

Past experience selling a SaaS CRM solution (bonus).

HIPAA Compliance All roles at Kustomer may involve handling sensitive personal data.
