Human Resources Administrator – HEICO
HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is currently seeking an HR Administrator. The HR Administrator supports the day-to-day human resources operations and assists with recruiting, Team Member onboarding, recordkeeping, benefits administration, timekeeping accuracy, training and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update Team Member records, personnel files, and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
Assist in recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination and preemployment onboarding tasks.
Process new hire documentation to ensure completion of all required forms.
Support payroll and timekeeping by reviewing timesheets.
Assist with Team Member questions.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all Team Member and company information.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and processing documentation.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Ability to sit or stand at a work station for extended periods.
Frequent use of computers, phones and other standard office equipment.
