We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. This role requires a proactive professional capable of handling various HR tasks while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for employees and management, providing support in English and Spanish. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding. Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations as needed. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Facilitate training sessions and employee development programs. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to recommend improvements. Ensure effective communication between departments and across the organization. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record in a generalist role. Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
