We are hiring an

Executive Assistant

to support a Senior Vice President in Product Marketing at LHH. This high‑impact role requires strategic thinking, discretion, and organizational excellence.

Why This Role Stands Out You’ll manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate global communications, and drive special initiatives. You’ll be a key partner to business leaders and part of a collaborative admin network.

What You’ll Own

Complex calendar and travel management (domestic + international)

Executive‑level meeting planning, event coordination, and briefing prep

Act as a proxy for approvals and communications

Partner on strategic projects with HR and Chief of Staff

Lead and mentor within the admin team

What You Bring

5+ years supporting C‑suite leaders in fast‑paced environments

Expert‑level skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Impeccable attention to detail and confidentiality

Strong problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management skills

A proactive, collaborative spirit and leadership mindset

Location:

Daily presence required in Milpitas, CA

Extras:

Hands‑on logistics, meeting setup, catering, and action tracking.
