Job Purpose As a Solution Sales Executive, you will sell the benefits of ICE Consumer Engagement Solutions to top banks, credit unions, independent mortgage banks, and brokers throughout the US. ICE combines the industry’s best tools for lead distribution, call center enablement, mortgage marketing automation, and mortgage content into an unprecedented single‑vendor solution for lenders. This senior sales role is high‑level, high‑paying, and rewarding, with visibility throughout the company and is set up for someone at the top of their sales profession.

Responsibilities

Be a rainmaker! Exceed revenue booking goals and set yourself above the rest in the sale of ICE Consumer Engagement Solutions including marketing automation, sales automation, and more.

Sell in a team environment. Quarterback the sales pursuit by working closely with ICE Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing and Professional Services teams in your selling efforts. At ICE, teamwork wins.

Embrace the ICE selling methodology and leverage the systems and tools available for you to track opportunities, sell effectively, and forecast accurately. This is a complex sales process because lenders at this level have sophisticated expectations.

Be an expert at discovery and help facilitate demonstrations that result in standing ovations.

Be ready to learn continuously as the market, client expectations, and available solutions evolve quickly.

Knowledge and Experience

BA or above required or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of successful sales experience with an emphasis on technology solutions.

2+ years of successful sales experience in closing sales pursuits.

1+ years of successful sales experience selling technology solutions to mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions, independent mortgage banks, and brokers throughout the US is preferred.

A proven track record of consistent new business sales success with performance that includes hitting quota of around $1M+ in annual recurring revenue.

Relishes selling in a competitive environment.

Enthusiastic and self‑motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for building outstanding customer and internal relationships.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

Always curious with a passion to learn.

Must have a strong C‑Level presence and executive credibility.

Proven presentation and negotiation skills.

Base Salary Range for Remote The expected base salary for this role is between $80,000 – $110,000. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s rewarding and uncapped sales commission incentives. Regular full‑time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
