We are looking for a Payroll Associate to help manage employee timekeeping and support accurate payroll processing. This role ensures all work hours, leave, and attendance are recorded correctly and in compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor employee time and attendance records. Review and correct time entries to ensure accuracy. Help employees and managers with timekeeping questions or issues. Work with HR and Payroll teams to process payroll data. Run timekeeping reports for audits and management. Support training on timekeeping tools and procedures. Report any system issues or policy concerns. Keep employee data confidential at all times. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred). 1–2 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or HR support. Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP, Workday, or SAP). Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday. Knowledge of wage and hour laws. Experience in a large or multi-site company. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
