The role leads in developing and delivering procurement strategy, sourcing execution, customer engagement and vendor management across the Workplace Services and Real Estate categories, primarily in the United States and other geographies as demand requires. This position will support the growth and influence of the Global Workplace Procurement Services (WPS) team. Location and Requisition

End-to-end delivery of sourcing projects and category management activities for EY business stakeholders, including commercial management of key suppliers. Act as a trusted business advisor to EY stakeholders, aligning procurement projects with the business pipeline and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving cost savings and cost avoidance. Adherence to EY Procurement policy and processes, including collaboration with Legal (GCO), Risk Management and other EY support functions. Provide structured management and accurate progress reporting on all projects. Build and manage a pipeline of procurement projects in support of category strategy/plan, in collaboration with Procurement leaders and global/local stakeholders. Lead complex RFPs with strong commercial negotiations, partnering with stakeholders and shared functions such as GCO and Risk Management. Develop strong relationships with key EY business stakeholders and report procurement progress via regular meetings. Continuously deliver procurement and category insights to stakeholders and educate the procurement process to local EY staff as needed. Maintain knowledge of key suppliers and market position, using market intelligence resources to inform strategy. Ensure high-quality execution of sourcing projects within the agreed timeline. Minimize contractual risks and manage supplier relationships in line with EY policies. Aim to achieve value targets and develop new cost-reduction strategies through sourcing and demand management, including spend consolidation and supplier rationalization. Collaborate with other EY Procurement leads to deliver projects in regions with limited category coverage or sourcing expertise. Provide accurate monthly reporting on deals and timely submission of savings forms. Skills and attributes for success

Demonstrable SME in Workplace or Facilities Management and Real Estate Project procurement Strong team player, able to work collaboratively, virtually and independently Excellent communication and networking skills to influence senior leaders and a broad range of professionals Ability to work in a high pace, agile environment Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities High cultural awareness and emotional intelligence Qualifications

Strong procurement expertise and commercial acumen across a broad array of category services Strong strategic sourcing expertise with a background in Workplace or Facilities Management and Real Estate procurement Proven track record of leading complex procurement activities, including multi-regional or global projects Ability to influence key stakeholders with a global mindset Experience with Source-to-Pay processes, including ARIBA, online RFX and e-Auctions Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience in workplace services, facilities services or real estate project procurement Strong analytical skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders A Bachelor’s and follow-on degree in related discipline is recommended (but not necessary) What we offer
