We are seeking a PMO Analyst and play a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions while coordinating initiatives that advance our business objectives. What You Will Do
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
and reporting tools to track portfolio health, KPIs, resources, and milestones. Produce weekly and monthly PMO metric reports
and trend analyses to measure success and identify improvement opportunities. Consolidate and validate data
across multiple systems to provide accurate portfolio insights for leadership. Support creation of project charters, scope, and Gantt charts , ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives. Track and report project timelines, risks, and issues , escalating when necessary to maintain delivery commitments. Assist in monitoring budgets, quality plans, and procurement activities
to support financial and operational goals. Coordinate stakeholder communication and meeting logistics , ensuring timely updates and engagement. Prepare governance reporting packages
and maintain risk registers and action trackers for assigned projects. What You Will Need
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent Minimum 2 years
of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or data analysis role Proficiency in Excel
and familiarity with data visualization best practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI
and dashboard development CAPM or equivalent certification Exposure to portfolio management tools
(e.g., Planview, Smartsheet, MS Project) Familiarity with project management methodologies
(Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
