Position Summary We are looking for a polished and detail-oriented Aesthetic Medical Assistant who is passionate about skincare. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our providers and ensure the highest standard of care in a high-touch environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures. Accurately document patient medical history, medications, and vital signs using EMR systems. Ensure that rooms are stocked, sanitized, and meet luxury clinic standards. Deliver clear and empathetic pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients. Handle patient intake and discharge processes with warmth and professionalism. Assist with minor surgical procedures such as biopsies and excisions. Manage inventory and support the ordering of medical supplies and skincare products. Work collaboratively with the front office team to enhance patient flow and satisfaction. Uphold HIPAA compliance as well as the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Education and Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a qualified back office medical assistant. Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine is a plus. Strong knowledge of skincare products, cosmetic treatments, and dermatology procedures. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
