Work Locations : Hilton Anatole 2201 North Stemmons Freeway Dallas 75207 The Hilton Anatole team is currently Hiring a Spa Manager to join their Five Star Luxury Verandah Spa. This stunning 1600 room property spans across 35 acres just north of downtown and is a Dallas icon. Discover our indoor and outdoor facilities including V Spa, Verandah Health Club, the new JadeWaters resort pool complex and a private Sculpture Park. Add our four exclusive dining venues, impressive meeting space and elegant rooms and suites, The ideal candidate should be able to manage and administer the activities and services of all Spa-related operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The Spa Manager manages the daily activities Spa. Overseeing all aspects of the department including coaching and training staff, monitoring the facilities with the assistance of Engineering and Housekeeping, coordinating daily schedules for treatments. Collaborates with the Director of Recreation to create Spa Menus and a tasteful environment, is aware of current Spa market trends and is able to sell Spa Retail in a creative and successful manner. Also,will comply with any other additional requests that may arise pertaining to Spa and Activity duties. Specific duties and qualifications: Oversee the daily operations of the spa opening and closing procedures. Providing excellent customer service to clients. Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills Answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting clients upon arrival. Drive service and retail sales by educating clients on products and services. Maintain a professional and impeccable spa environment for staff and clients. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management Outstanding interpersonal relationship building, employee coaching, and development skills. Work experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of basic economics. Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team. Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills. Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output. Maintain and restock inventory. What are we looking for?
