Job Summary
Our client is looking for a desktop support technician to provide onsite support at their San Francisco location. This person will be the sole IT technician providing support to up to 30 employees.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1‑2 onsite technical support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, image and upgrade devices
Work within an MS 365 and Windows 11 environment
Escalate unresolved issues to the team in another location
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance support efficiency and quality
Qualifications
Customer‑oriented service delivery to employees at all levels
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Self‑starter with ability to respond quickly and prioritize tasks
Natural problem solver who analyzes root causes and recommends improvements
Experience with Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, printer support, AV support, imaging solutions
Desired Experience Intermediate level
Compensation Base pay range: $38.00/hr – $47.00/hr.
