This role will design and develop diverse learning materials to support Retail Banking Teams, including Branch and Café Ambassadors and Small Business Associates. Partner with business partners to translate business intent into engaging learning materials, focusing on digital‑first methods. Analyze learning needs, design blended solutions from raw materials, and measure effectiveness. Produce videos, e‑learning, simulations, digital games, and more. Deliver memorable learning experiences that drive performance and achieve business objectives. Desired Experience & Qualifications
Expertise in adult learning theory, cognitive science, and other evidence‑based learning fields. Experience using course authoring tools and balancing learning best practices with business needs and constraints. Ability to create effective and engaging learning experiences that solve business needs while delighting the learner. Key Responsibilities
Partner with Principal Learning Consultants to own design of specific programs and standalone offerings for associates in Branch, Café, and Small Business Banking. Complement needs analysis by identifying additional context to ensure successful transfer of skills to the job. Increase effectiveness of learning solutions by recommending format/modalities that create optimal learning experiences and demonstrate adult learning principles. Design and develop curriculum, programs, learning materials, and performance support tools (self‑study, classroom, e‑learning, etc.) based on industry design standards for the given modality (traditional, web, mobile). Demonstrate aptitude for and knowledge of new learning technologies. Engage with project team members to ensure clarity of goal and conduct ongoing reviews to meet client needs. Collaborate with other Instructional Designers and Learning Consultants on the ADDIE process when appropriate. Create evidence‑based assessments and evaluation methods. Assume personal responsibility for projects and deliver with minimal supervision. Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 4 years of experience in Instructional Design. At least 4 years of experience with learning content development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Design Suite, and Camtasia). Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of training design for digital modalities. 1+ year of experience in UI/UX and graphic design. 2+ years of experience with mobile content creation, curation, and delivery. 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and video editing). Proficiency with Google Suite. Additional Information
