About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Architects
to lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You’ll collaborate with customers and stakeholders to unlock the full potential of the platform, incorporating emerging technologies such as
AI and automation
to modernize and streamline enterprise services.
As a technical leader, you’ll shape strategic roadmaps, mentor development teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions that drive measurable business value.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of ServiceNow experience , including proven leadership of development teams.
Required ServiceNow Certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
and
Certified Application Developer (CAD) .
Strong background in technical discussions and architecture reviews.
Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations.
Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and design principles.
Experience managing IT data integrity across areas such as
ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, HAM, and SAM .
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Preferred (Nice to Have) Certifications:
CIS certifications in: Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
