About the Role

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll deliver support for clients, combining technical troubleshooting with proactive system administration. You’ll handle a variety of environments—Windows servers, Azure cloud, firewalls, and networking—while collaborating with a close-knit technical team that values communication and continuous learning.

Day to Day:

Provide

Tier 3+ support

for clients, both onsite and remotely.

Manage, maintain and implement

Windows Server, M365, and Azure

environments.

Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.

Support cloud integrations, data migrations, and environment optimization.

Design, implement, and support virtualization solutions in VMware and Hyper‑V.

Write and apply PowerShell scripts, and manage DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and AD administration.

Desired Experience:

5+ years of experience in a

Managed Services Provider (MSP)

environment.

10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.

Advanced in

Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Servers .

Experience with

firewall and network set up & configurations .

Experience migrating clients from on‑prem solutions to cloud environments.
