Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

$100,000–$125,000 + 401(k) Match + Unlimited PTO

We’re looking for a

client‑facing engineer

who thrives in fast‑paced MSP environments — someone who can design, build, and optimize systems across cloud, network, and virtualization layers. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working with a team that values technical excellence and work‑life balance, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Design, implement, and manage client infrastructure projects

including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server

Lead

O365 migrations , hybrid

Azure deployments (VMs, AAD, AVD, and storage) , and Active Directory redesigns

Configure and maintain

network hardware

— VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet)

Implement and manage

virtualization platforms

(VMware, Hyper‑V, Citrix)

Strengthen security through

MFA, endpoint protection, email filtering, and secure remote access

Create and maintain

technical documentation

(Visio diagrams, configurations, SOPs)

Partner with clients to translate business goals into scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions

Collaborate closely with the internal MSP team to ensure

smooth project delivery and best‑practice standards

What You Bring

4+ years of experience with an MSP

supporting multiple client environments

Strong knowledge of

Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server architecture

Experience with

network infrastructure, security, and virtualization

(VMware, Hyper‑V)

Proficiency with

Cisco/Meraki/Fortinet firewalls

and

Intune/AVD

management

Ability to

lead migrations, cloud transformations, and infrastructure upgrades

end‑to‑end

Excellent communication skills and a passion for

delivering a white‑glove client experience

Salary:

$100K–$125K (based on experience)
