Responsibilities
Serve as a hands-on technical lead for Scrum teams, overseeing technical deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle
Proactively address technical issues and risks impacting project schedules and application integrity
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document solutions aligned with business needs
Mentor and train project team members on development guidelines and best practices
Conduct detailed technical reviews including code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 10-12 years of experience in application development
Minimum of 7 years of experience in application design and converting business needs into solutions
Proficient in cloud-hosted applications, preferably AWS, and integrating with non-AWS applications
Experience with continuous integration and DevOps methodologies using tools like GitHub and Jenkins
Strong understanding of front-end web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DuckCreek Products in Policy, Billing, and Data Insights
Knowledge of P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance
Familiarity with implementing solutions using Gen AI (Artificial Intelligence)
Experience in designing high-performing applications supporting over 2000+ concurrent users
Knowledge of Microsoft SSIS & SSRS tools
