The EP Division within Rhythm Solutions at Boston Scientific supports and treats patients with atrial fibrillation. The Field Training Lead grows a best-in-market EP Field Force through robust training and continuous development. The trainer provides consistent and effective sales training to all new hires in their mapping certification pathway with innovative and scalable methods. This role will focus on technologies such as the OPAL HDx Mapping System and the FARAPULSE PFA System. The role requires a minimum of 50% travel. Your responsibilities will include
Developing and training new hires through the entire mapping certification training pathway Development and execution of the EP Field Training Program(s) for all technology across EP Continuous communication and partnership with the field, as well as the Sales Training Team Refinement of certification process for each technology Daily collaboration with various business units across Cardiology Support of our local COT program and sites Support of in-house EP training classroom programs What we are looking for
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years mapping experience or 5+ years of EP and/or lab experience with technical/clinical proficiency Experience teaching, coaching, educating peers, personnel, and other technical support High-energy and the ability to work in an ultra-fast-paced environment Great interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to build/maintain positive relationships among peers and colleagues Work collaboratively within the team and with other business functions Continuous improvement mindset; ability to identify existing gaps/needs for new hire training Ability to tailor training materials to specific audiences Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants Basic competency in Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Boston Scientific EP Products, specifically the OPAL HDx system Extensive Transseptal, AF and/or imaging experience Education experience within healthcare or the medical device industry Self-starter with the ability to manage projects from concept to fully executed programs Ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize projects based on business need Requisition ID:

Minimum $103,700; Maximum $197,000 The anticipated compensation and benefits offered by Boston Scientific vary by location and other factors. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, education, and certifications. It is not typical to hire near the bottom or top of the range. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may include variable compensation (overtime, shift differential) and an annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility). Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may include variable compensation, such as annual bonus targets and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility). For MA positions:
