This is an individual contributor (IC) position for a mid-level designer who is passionate about solving complex UX problems in enterprise cybersecurity. You'll create compelling, data-rich interfaces that translate complex security data into clear, actionable visualizations. What You'll Do
Design enterprise‑grade interfaces with exceptional visual and interaction design skills for complex cybersecurity workflows
Build and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries that scale across multiple product lines
Create sophisticated data visualizations that make complex enterprise security data accessible and actionable
Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver design solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints
Contribute to design strategy and help establish UX design standards across the organization
Participate in design critiques and user research sessions to validate and iterate on design decisions
What You'll Bring
3–5 years of experience
designing intuitive, scalable UX for complex technical workflows, ideally in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, developer tools, or security products
Strong visual and interaction design skills
with a sharp eye for clarity, structure, typography, color theory, and layout
Experience with design systems
including component libraries, style guides, and design tokens
Enterprise product experience
with specific expertise in
data visualization
for complex applications (dashboards, analytics, reporting tools)
Systems thinking
approach with attention to consistency, scalability, and maintainability
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exploring new design paradigms and interaction patterns
Proficiency in Figma
and experience with design handoff processes
Knowledge of accessibility standards
(WCAG) and inclusive design practices
A
strong portfolio
(required) showcasing end‑to‑end UX work, visual design skills, data visualization, and the ability to solve complex problems
