Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. As a key player in our communications department, you will manage and enhance the public image of our organization, telling stories and building relationships with the media and stakeholders.

Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)
Compensation: $48,000 – $52,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns.
Draft press releases, media briefs, and other communication materials.
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers in relevant industries.
Monitor media coverage and analyze PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Coordinate and assist with events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform PR strategies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in media relations and understanding of communication strategies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
